Kitchen
- Inside the oven, racks and grill pan
- Inside the fridge and freezer (defrost if needed)
- Cabinet interiors, drawers and shelves
- Backsplash, extractor hood and filter
Bathrooms
- Limescale on taps, shower screens and tiles
- Grout and silicone lines
- Behind the toilet and around the base
Every room
- Wall marks and scuffs
- Light switches, sockets and door frames
- Window tracks and sills
- Skirting boards and floors, including under furniture
Take dated photos of every room once you finish. They are your best evidence if anything is disputed.
